When I joined the gym 10 years ago, I was overweight, unfit and lacked confidence.
I decided to turn my life around.
I started with classes, because I wanted direction and someone teaching me the correct techniques. Turns out – I loved every minute of it.
After a couple years of doing classes, I decided that I could do this! I could help people on their fitness journey!
I was in a dead-end job which was not fulfilling so decided to take the plunge and train to become a Fitness Instructor.
My first qualification was ETM (Exercise to Music) – which was needed to begin my journey to change the world.
From there, I expanded my knowledge and became a Qualified Instructor in:
  • Cycle 
  • Boxercise 
  • Freestyle Resistance Weights 
  • Zumba 
  • Circuits Instructor
  • Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) 
  • Stretch, Tone, Relax 
  • Abs Conditioning
  • Aqua 
This has helped me gain extensive knowledge on how the body works and how people move.
